In February, nine children from our Dancing Dolphins room at Elanora, went to visit Meercroft Park Aged Care facility for the first time. For the first trip we took the bus, but hope to be able to walk to Meercroft on some occasions!
Next time we visit, we will take a different group of children, so all children get to experience the wonderful interactions with the residents from Meercroft.
These events have been arranged in conjunction with the team at Meercroft so activities will please the elderly and the young.
Staff at Meercroft and Elanora are extremely excited to have this up and running. We will look forward to our next visit in March for Harmony Day.
